役割について / The Role
グローバルERP導入の中核を担う、SAP ITビジネスプロセスアナリストのポジションです。
世界的に展開するアパレルブランドの日本法人において、ITとビジネスの橋渡しを行いながら、
SAP SD領域を中心に、業務標準化とプロセス改善を推進します。
将来的には SAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクト にも携わり、グローバルIT戦略の実現をリードする重要な役割です。
主な業務 / What You’ll Do
-
グローバルProduction Supportチームと協働し、ERP（SAP ECC／R3）の保守・改善を推進

業務プロセスの分析と改善提案、ITソリューションの企画・実装
-
ビジネス用語とシステム用語の橋渡しを行い、正確な要件定義を実現
-
アジャイル的アプローチで課題の優先順位を整理し、的確な対応を実行
-
ERP変更に伴う業務変革をリードし、関係部署間の調整を行う
-
将来的なSAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトにおける中核メンバーとして参画
-
EC／B2Bなどの周辺システムを含むEnd-to-Endプロセスの最適化
応募資格 / What You’ll Bring
必須条件：
-
SAP導入経験（ECCまたはR/3）
-
SAP SD（Order to Cash）領域での実装経験
-
ビジネスプロセスアナリストまたはITアプリケーション開発経験3年以上
-
ERPプロジェクトへの参画経験（中規模以上）
-
業務要件をシステム仕様に落とし込むスキル
-
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル
-
日本での就労許可をお持ちの方

SAP MM（購買）、PP（生産）領域の知識

SAPと他システム（EC／CRM／EDIなど）との連携経験

SAP S/4HANAプロジェクト経験

The Role
This is a key position driving ERP transformation at a global fashion company.
As an SAP IT Business Process Analyst, you will connect technology and business — ensuring smooth SAP implementation and leading system improvements in Japan while aligning with global IT strategies.
You’ll play a critical role in future S/4HANA implementation projects, shaping operational excellence and digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
-
Collaborate with global Production Support teams to maintain and enhance SAP ECC/R3 systems
-
Analyze and optimize business processes, delivering actionable IT solutions
-
Bridge communication between business and technical teams
-
Prioritize and execute improvement projects using Agile methodologies
-
Lead process transformation resulting from ERP changes
-
Act as a key member in the upcoming SAP S/4HANA rollout
-
Manage end-to-end processes, including e-commerce and B2B systems
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
-
Proven SAP implementation experience (ECC or R/3)
-
Strong expertise in SAP SD (Order to Cash)
-
3+ years as a Business Process Analyst or IT Applications Developer
-
Experience contributing to mid-sized ERP projects
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications
-
Japanese and English at business level
-
Valid work authorization in Japan
Nice-to-Haves:

SAP MM or PP experience
-
E-commerce, CRM, or EDI integration background
-
Experience with S/4HANA or large-scale ERP transformations

Leadership or consulting experience
