Adam brings nearly a decade of recruitment experience in Japan, supporting clients across B2B Fashion, FMCG, and marketing agency sectors, with a particular focus on Sales & Marketing roles.
Throughout his career, Adam has built several specialist teams from the ground up and established strong market presence in his areas of expertise. His deep market knowledge and transparent communication style have enabled him to develop strong relationships with CEOs, senior leadership teams, hiring managers, and professionals across the industry.
