Phil brings over five years of sales experience in London, UK, before transitioning into recruitment in Japan, where he has focused on the Sales & Marketing space. He supports clients across advertising agencies, online services, apps, and technology sectors.
Known for his positive energy and personable communication style, Phil places strong emphasis on honesty, clarity, and building meaningful connections. His approach closely aligns with Advisory Group’s values of fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates.

I’m really excited to be joining Advisory Group and starting this next chapter. Coming from a sales background and now working in recruitment in Japan, I’ve really come to enjoy building relationships and understanding what drives people.
