Adam has been recruiting for almost a decade in Japan. He built a B2B Fashion & FMCG team from scratch in his first role and then recreated this in his next role with a focus on S&M. Next he shifted into the agency space where he built another new team, establishing them as top specialists in the market. Adam has built a large network of CEOs, leadership, hiring managers and talent across his industry though his deep market knowledge and transparent communication style. He is known for his high-energy approach, honesty, humor and high-touch support for his clients and candidates.
BACKGROUND
Originally from the UK, Adam moved to Japan in 2005 and has been living in or around Tokyo since then. He has 4 daughters, the oldest of which is currently studying medicine in Manila.
INTERESTS & HOBBIES
With 4 daughters Adam unwittingly has a growing knowledge of K-pop and Disney songs. He tries to find time to create outlandish meta characters for his online DnD sessions, learning to cook better and for shouting at his beloved Celtic FC on the TV.
