With nearly five years of experience in English education and two years in operations management, HR support, and recruitment, I have built my career around supporting people and organizations.
Through these experiences, I discovered that I am most fulfilled in roles that support others behind the scenes. I enjoy creating efficient systems, solving problems, and providing the operational support that allows the team to perform at their best. This naturally led me toward HR operations and administration, where I can combine organization, communication, and attention to detail to support both employees, clients, and the business.

Originally from the United States, I moved to Japan to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Culture and Liberal Arts at Sophia University. As a bilingual in English and Japanese with a strong love for Japanese culture, I chose to build my career in Japan and am excited to continue developing my skills in the fields of HR and business operations.
趣味・関心
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching films, and playing video games. I also continue to study classical ballet a few times a week, which has been a part of my life since the age of five.
